* SHIPPING ORDERS WITHIN UNITED STATES *
* For any and all orders within the Continental United States, Lucky 13 Clover ships using Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. All orders can be tracked with Delivery Confirmation online and we do not ask for a signature of receipt. The shipping is built right in our ordering system so no need to do additional calculations.
* Your box will be placed on the porch of your house. Mailings to apartments will be delivered to the Manager’s office (if possible). Once your package is delivered (tracked online with www.usps.com), it is your responsibility to get it into your house as we cannot insure your products will not be taken off your porch by neighbors. Our responsibility for your package is done when we release it to the United States Postal Service. If you are concerned about theft of your package, wLucky 13 Clover strongly suggests having it insured.
* Please make sure there is someone to receive your package on the day it is to arrive. You can make arrangements by checking delivery date through the USPS website once we ship and send you a delivery confirmation number to your e-mail. Frequent checking of this service online will allow you to plan accordingly.
* If you are concerned about your items, you can have it insured for an additional fee of $5.00 per $100.00 of product. This will be invoiced separately for you and must be paid before order is shipped. Once order is shipped, you cannot ‘add on’ insurance.
* INSURANCE *
* If you wish to have your package insured you may do so, but it is an additional expense to you and an invoice will be sent to you to pay before we ship you package to you. You will receive all tracking information after package has been shipped.
* FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING *
*We no longer ship Internationally. This because we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive at all. Insuring the package does not work as well, especially in war-ravaged countries, so we have made the decision to not ship outside of the United States.
